Juliana Papa Drinane
Head of Supply Chain Management
Juliana is responsible for delivering value throughout Organon’s global supply chain network including value chain design, planning, and delivery to patients in the 140 markets served. In her role, she provides her strategic vision and operational acumen to business development and other commercial opportunities in support of Organon’s in-organic and organic growth aspirations. In connection with Organon’s spinoff from Merck & Co., she served as a functional lead responsible for all aspects of design, separation, and stand-up of Organon’s Manufacturing & Supply organizations.
Prior to Organon, Juliana spent 28 years of her career in various leadership roles at Merck, known as MSD outside the U.S. She spent 14 of her 28 years at Merck working part-time in a successful job-share arrangement. She demonstrated and was a role model for alternative ways of working to balance family and career ambitions. Juliana began her Merck career as a Process Engineer and progressed through roles in engineering, capital projects, technical operations, and supply chain. Juliana has a B.S. in chemical engineering from Lafayette College. She volunteers her time with a N.J. based non-profit, America’s Grow A Row, where she has been a Board member since 2013 and has served as Board Chair since 2018.
