Tom Merriam

Tom is responsible for the development and evolution of Organon’s strategy in coordination with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and others. 

Tom joined Organon from Lupin where he was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Integrated Business Planning. In that role, he oversaw the development and implementation of the company’s strategic agenda across all areas of the business. Other responsibilities at Lupin included leading their U.S. Branded Business overseeing the women’s health, respiratory and established brands portfolios, as well as their Integrated Business Planning process, and Global Strategic Business Initiatives. Prior to Lupin, he worked at McKinsey & Company where he led strategy, growth, acquisition, integration, and transformational engagements for leading global pharmaceutical companies.

Tom has a B.E. in mechanical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
