Martha E. McGarry
Martha E. McGarry joined Mayer Brown LLP, an international law firm, as Co-Head of M&A in August 2021. She was formerly a partner in the M&A Group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP for over thirty-five years beginning her practice there in 1977. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and corporate governance. Ms. McGarry’s business savvy and extensive experience in M&A and supporting growth companies in their business development efforts is a substantial asset to Organon’s Board of Directors. Ms. McGarry received her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and her law degree from Fordham University.
