Ger Brennan
Global Established Brands Commercial Lead
Ger oversees the global strategy and operations of Organon’s established brands franchise of trusted and impactful medicines around the world. He has been responsible for stabilizing the business and driving its return to growth, increasing market adoption, and acquiring new brands to further augment Organon’s offerings across therapeutic areas.
He joined Organon from MSD, where he served as the managing director of Ireland and head of the country’s leadership team. Previously, he was the global brand lead for the immunology franchise, driving the development of the strategy and overseeing the execution and the business performance of major products across all markets. He also served as immunology regional marketing lead for Mid-Europe and executive director for commercial operations in Europe and Canada, with responsibility for the development of commercial capabilities across the region.
Ger is a registered nurse in intellectual disability from the Daughters of Charity, Ireland.
