Geneviève Gauthier

As the Executive Director, Corporate Affairs and Community Engagement at Organon Canada, Geneviève Gauthier oversees our communication activities, ensures our Patient Support Programs (PSP) delivers value to patients and healthcare professionals, and helps shape policy and contracting strategies aligned with the company’s organizational objectives.  

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings a wealth of experience in market research, sales, marketing, public health, and policy and access. Prior to this role, Geneviève acted as Associate Director, Policy & Access, and was instrumental in enhancing our corporate presence at both federal and provincial levels.  

Geneviève is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and authenticity.  For the past ten years, she has been volunteering with Opération Père Noël, a not-for-profit organization providing holiday presents to children in need. 

Geneviève Gauthier holds an MBA in Marketing from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal. She lives in Montreal with her partner Vincent, their son, and daughter.
