Organon Australia fosters further growth opportunities with new Asia Pacific roles.

New Asia Pacific roles enhance growth and development in flexible workplace environment.

Sydney, NSW – 27 May, 2024

Organon Asia Pacific has today announced a significant expansion of its capability with the appointment of Australian founders into Asia Pacific roles.  Covering a region of ten markets, this strategic move underscores Organon’s commitment to driving growth and nurturing a people-first culture in a diverse and growing region.

Meshlin Khouri – previously Associate Director Policy and Communications for ANZ, will now take up a newly created Policy and Communications Lead role for Asia Pacific.  In this new role, Meshlin will oversee the development and implementation of strategies aimed at bolstering the company’s presence and enhancing employee engagement across the diverse Asia Pacific markets.

Amanda Jacobs, Vicky Moore, Sunny Gudalore and Leon Gruizinga who had previously worked in the Strategy and Business Excellence team in ANZ will join the Asia Pacific Marketing and Commercial Operations Team, applying their wealth of experience in sales force effectiveness, digital marketing and data analysis and capability to support effective customer engagement across ten markets in Asia Pacific.

In addition to these fully dedicated roles, a number of hybrid roles with responsibilities in compliance, strategy and alliance management have been established to also support Organon’s Asia Pacific markets.

“I am delighted to see our people recognized for their expertise. We have always believed that our people are our greatest asset, and are fully committed to supporting our founders to grow and thrive,” said Nirelle Tolstoshev, Managing Director of Organon ANZ.  “Our People First culture means that roles supporting Organon’s Asia Pacific region can be performed from anywhere, and each person will continue to perform their new role from their current location. The creation of new roles also supports the growth of our business, and also provides opportunity to bring new skills and thinking into our local business too.”

“I am excited to take on this new challenge on continuing to build our business in the Asia Pacific region,” said Meshlin Khouri. “We know that healthy women are the foundation of a healthy society, and collectively our 10 markets in Asia Pacific is home to more than one quarter of the world’s female population. Supporting their health needs is immensely rewarding.”
